Developing a Strategy for Facility Systems

When we first began working together, Facility Systems (FSI) had recently unveiled a new logo and website. They were happy with the rebrand, but had defined two areas in which they needed help. FSI wanted to:

  1. Carry their new brand’s look through the rest of their materials.
  2. Create a targeted plan for their marketing efforts.

We kicked off the project by conducting competitive market research. After gathering and analyzing the data, we presented the key findings and results to FSI. Then, we used the collected data, along with FSI’s goals, to develop a strategic marketing plan. In it, we identified measurable objectives, defined their audience and created a schedule for completing each tactic.

We teamed with Floc 5 on the design of a new brochure and worked towards adding a blog to the company website. We provided copywriting services, while Floc 5 spearheaded the design of both.

Late last year, after completing the initial project, we began working with FSI again on the development of a blog editorial calendar and strategic content. Every month, we meet to discuss the topics and gather key details for each post. Those notes are used to develop content that showcases the firm’s unique voice, services and industry experience. In keeping with the overall marketing plan, the blog’s posts fall into the following categories: project spotlights, industry trends, company updates and frequently asked questions.
